To-do list for Gelo's Birthday Party

Checklists really helps me a lot! It helps me to be on the right track of what I am supposed to do. Without my lists I can get lost and didn't know what else needs to be done. Of course, I cannot memorize all of the errands that I have to do, stuff that I need to buy and suppliers that I have to pay. So for me to not forget what I have to do I always make a list - from the very important to smallest details it's all in my list.

• Finalize the menu both for kiddie and adult guests
• Make a grocery list
• Draft of the party program
• List of games and special awards
• Determine how many prizes and awards to give
• Finalize the giveaways for the adult guests and godparents
• Create a party supply list
• Scout and canvass for materials for the venue decor and diy projects
• Canvass price of containers for dessert buffet
• Canvass price of candies, chocolates and other desserts
• Finalize the design for the cake and cuppies
